Traveling on Interstate 95 North or South:
- Take Exit 20 for Interstate 195 East
- Take Exit 2 – Wickenden Street
- At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right on to Point
Street
- Travel over the Point Street Bridge
- Travel through one traffic light and one stop sign
- Planned Parenthood Health Center is located on the right
at the intersection of Point and Chestnut Streets
- Free parking is available in the parking lot on the corner
of Point and Chestnut Streets
PPRI accepts many insurance plans including Blue Cross, United
HealthCare, college student health plans, Neighborhood Health
Plan, government insurance programs, RIte Care, RI Medical
Assistance and Medicare. Payment can be made by credit or
debit cards as well. Personal checks are accepted for all
services except abortion.
Our model of care involves patient-focused counseling and
education. Patients leave our clinic with the information
and knowledge they need to maintain and protect their health.
PPRI providers are sensitive and non-judgmental, making it
easier to discuss personal and sometimes difficult issues.
